Actual costs are negotiated, based upon the complexity of the painting, the inclusion of mats, framing and glass, if any, size as it relates to shipping, etc.  The base rate is calculated by the linear inch with $10 per linear inch for the artist's creations and $14 per linear inch for commission work.
